Do I have to sign a long-term contract? ▾

No. There is no term commitment and no sign-up fee. Either side can end the arrangement with one week's notice, and any load already booked is honoured.

Do you book loads without asking me? ▾

Never. We send you the lane, the rate and the broker, and nothing is accepted until you say yes. Your truck, your decision.

What equipment do you dispatch for? ▾

Dry van, reefer, flatbed and step deck, plus power-only. If you run something more specialised, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we have the broker relationships for it.

Do I need my own authority? ▾

Yes. HaulNX dispatches for carriers with active operating authority and their own insurance. We are not a carrier and we do not lease authority.

Can I keep my factoring company? ▾

Yes, and most carriers do. We work alongside whichever factor you use and send them the paperwork in the format they require.

How quickly can I start? ▾

Most carriers are booked on their first load within three business days of sending their packet. The slow part is broker setup, and pushing that along is our job.

What happens when a broker pays late? ▾

Chasing them is our work, not yours. We follow up on terms, escalate when payment slips, and tell you before it becomes a problem you did not know about.

Do you take a cut of the fuel surcharge? ▾

No. Our percentage applies to the line haul only. The fuel surcharge is yours in full.

Will I have the same dispatcher every day? ▾

Yes. You get one named dispatcher who knows your setup, with a backup briefed on your account for nights, weekends and holidays.

What if I want to run my own load? ▾

Run it. If you have direct freight or a load you found yourself, that is your business and we do not charge for it.
