From first call to first settled load

Onboarding takes a phone call and a packet of documents. Most carriers are rolling on their first HaulNX load within three business days.

  1. Introduction call

    Fifteen minutes. What you run, where you are based, what you will and will not haul, and what a good week looks like for you.

  2. Send the packet

    MC number, certificate of insurance naming us as a dispatch service, W-9 and a voided cheque. We handle the broker setups from there.

  3. Lane planning

    We agree your minimum rate, your preferred lanes and your hard noes — the freight you do not touch and the areas you do not want to be stuck in.

  4. Daily dispatch

    We send you loads with the rate, the lane and the broker. You approve. We book, send the rate confirmation and update your schedule.

  5. Billing and follow-up

    Send the signed BOL from your phone. We invoice the same day, chase what is late and give you a weekly summary of what was booked and what was paid.
