Terms of service

What HaulNX is

HaulNX Inc. is a dispatch service. We are not a motor carrier, a freight broker or a factoring company. You hold your own operating authority and insurance and remain the carrier of record on every load.

Load approval

No load is booked without your approval. Once you approve a load, you are responsible for performing it in line with the rate confirmation and the broker's requirements.

Fees and payment

Fees are those agreed when you sign on, in the structure you chose. They do not change without your written agreement. Fees apply to loads we book, not to freight you source yourself.

Ending the arrangement

Either side may end the arrangement with one week's written notice. Loads already booked are honoured, and fees for them remain payable.

Limits of responsibility

We are responsible for dispatching diligently and honestly. We are not responsible for a broker's failure to pay, for detention and layover outcomes, or for events on the road.
