HaulNX exists because dispatch is usually sold as software, when what carriers actually need is somebody who answers the phone.
We started HaulNX after years on both sides of the phone — driving, then dispatching. The pattern was always the same: good carriers losing money not because they could not drive, but because nobody was fighting for their rate or chasing the broker who paid forty days late.
So we built the opposite of a load board subscription. Every carrier gets one dispatcher who learns their truck, their lanes and their limits, and who has no reason to book a cheap load — because our fee only works when your week does.
How we work

Your approval, every load
We never book freight you have not seen. If a rate is bad, we say so rather than filling your week with it.

Nothing hidden
You see the broker's rate confirmation as it came in. Our fee is on the invoice, in the same number we agreed.

Earn it weekly
No contracts to trap anyone. If we stop being worth the fee, a week's notice ends it with no hard feelings.
